Our Mission: Bringing down the cost of Food Waste Collection for businesses
The Food Recycle Co-Op has been designed to provide its Members a permanent solution to their food waste collection while delivering financial returns. Members achieve improved profitability through reduced food waste collection fees and access to future profits from Member owned and operated facilities converting food waste into valuable animal feed for sale.
The Co-operative business model offers producers of food waste an effective way to be more resilient and profit from the inherent value of their food waste.
The Regions Served
The initial regions that will be served by the Goulburn Processing facility will be the majority of the East Coast of NSW.
In the first allocation, memberships will only be offered to waste producers within the catchment area to the left.

How Does it Work?
About the Technology
Food Recycle have developed a technology that converts any commercial food waste into poultry, pig and aquaculture feeds. This technology has a lot of benefits, both environmentally and financially as both food waste and food security are global problems. Poultry and Aquaculture feed trials have been conducted by the University of New England and the CSIRO (Australia’s government backed scientific body) with very favorable results.
